We partner with Bosta, a reliable courier service, to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

🔹 Rescheduling Delivery
You have two delivery attempts to receive your order. Please ensure someone is available at your address to accept the package.

🔹 Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

🔹 Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including costs for returns and exchanges.

🔹 Delayed Delivery
In case of any unexpected delays caused by the courier, we will promptly notify you and follow up with Bosta to resolve the issue.

🔹 Returned Orders
If an order is returned due to a failed delivery and you request it to be shipped again, you will need to pay the shipping fee again, but with a 25% discount.
