  You can request a size exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order — as long as the size you need is available.

  If your order includes more than one item, please note that we can only accept full returns — not partial ones.

  Once your order is confirmed or if you decide not to receive it, the shipping fee will still need to be paid to the delivery agent.
